The hotel had some drawbacks like facing a building with construction work and having very dark automatic curtains in the room, but overall it was well-designed, spacious, and comfortable. The service was helpful and pleasant, although a bit forgetful at times. The location was excellent, close to the city with terraces, high-level shopping, and historic buildings, as well as the beautiful Alster Lake. The dining experience was good but a bit pricey, and the facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with a modern design and a nice illy's coffee machine, creating a comfortable and charming stay. The service was overall nice, although there were some issues with assistance. The location is fantastic, close to downtown and major tourist spots, but there were slight inconveniences with ventilation. The dining experience was amazing and worth the price, especially the breakfast menu. The facilities were well-maintained and enhanced the overall experience.
